If off by only a tad and doesnt hit where you want you might consider just working on the sight rather than the barrel fitment.

The only way I can see to correct this using the sights would be to remove them and resolder trying to get them aligned better and I'm not sure but isn't the rear sight screwed on, or is it soldered...

why don't you leave them alone until you shoot them and see if you have a problem. If you desolder the sights they you are going to end up with a bars spot where the sights were. There is a screw in...
